This essence is a combination of Bee balm, Self heal, Fireweed, Buttercup and Mahonia. All the flowers have been collected from my garden or in the Kent countryside. It has a purple and yellow theme which I did not realise until I had combined the individual essences. This blend helps us to regenerate on all the levels of our sacred ʻhuman being.ʻ Our cellular and emotional traumas are released as we purposely choose to work with our ancestral wisdom uniting more fully the gift that WE ARE right now for this generation.

Buttercup reminds us of our childhood innocence, the simplicity of life where everything looks fresh and new. It rekindles our curiosity, creating space for befriending ourselves again. It brings me delightful childhood memories of putting a buttercup under my chin and asking my friends to see my golden face.

Self Heal, just as the name suggests can help recover your life force energy and catalyse your own healing. It revives your belief and optimism that your body can heal when you decide to focus within.

Fireweed often grows on waste ground that is regenerating. The flowers open at the bottom of the stalk and gradually blossoming occurs up the entire length. In previous years I have made an infused oil from the flowers to heal scars on the skin.

Bee balm has been used by the Native Americans for many years as medicine. It ignites your passion to carry on and find joy in every day tasks, grounding the body and reestablish balance in the nervous system.

Mahonia or Oregan grape helps to integrate emotions so that we can action our unique creative spiritual essence, healing from the blueprint of our eternal creation. ;

The vibration of this combination essence is preserved in filtered water and vodka at 8.4% alcohol.
