The consultations, workshops, classes and retreats offered are intensive transformational events. The following policies are intended to assist us with commitment to successful experiences .

Private Consultations

Payment
All private consultation fees are due before the scheduled appointment and are non-refundable. Please pay on receipt of the invoice.

Appointment Scheduling
Appointments that are cancelled 48 hours or more prior to the appointment time may be rescheduled to a future date at no additional cost. 
Appointments cancelled 24 hours or less will be subject to a £25 charge.
Appointments missed without prior notice will not be refunded.

Cancellation
Notice of cancellation must be sent to alison@feelhealshare.com
If for any reason there is a problem with the internet connection the consultation will be rescheduled for a mutually convenient time.

Please note that the guided self help sessions are and not intended to diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, nor to provide medical advice, or serve as a substitute for medical or professional care. Psychological issues and medical conditions should be addressed directly by, and under the care of, your doctors. 

Feel Heal Share believes that Western and Eastern medicine and all holistic treatments can be mutually helpful in an individuals return to health.

Classes

Registration  
Upon receipt of the 50% deposit of the total cost, an email will be sent confirming your place. Full payment is due 30 days before the start date of the class. If the class is cancelled by us for any reason you have the option to receive a full refund or attend the next available convenient class.

Deposits 
All deposits are non refundable except in exceptional circumstances.

Cancellation Policy
If a participant wishes to cancel up to 30 days prior to the course they will receive the monies paid minus the deposit. A letter of withdrawal must be sent to alison@feelhealshare.com
