Power up your Mitochondria – stay well, work together

We know we are a microcosm of the macrocosm… we are all connected including these small inclusions within each of our cells. When functioning well their communication and actions are seen as collective synchronicity for the wellbeing of the cell and whole organism. As you read this, picture your own mitochondria doing the same.

Continuing research over the last decade shows that symptoms of many diseases are caused by a malfunctioning mitochondria. These organelles have many jobs from producing energy, sending messages to the DNA and to helping determine our immune response. They do this by communicating and working together. When one mitochondria is sick another may fuse with it or form nanotunnels where the membranes touch. This brings it up to optimum health before they separate into single cells again. Picard believes that an electromagnetic signal is passed between the mitochondria. The mitochondria might be performing different actions and yet it is for the collective well being of the whole Organism.

Picard goes onto say that being able to ‘manipulate’ the mitochondria will improve health and disease. Mitochondria are naturally social animals as stated in the paper, so why is there a need to change their behaviour inside and especially ‘manipulate?’ Mitochondria contain magnetite aligning them to heaven and earths’ magnetic field. If we listen to this calling our health returns.

Perhaps it is better for us to follow the example of our mitochondria and align in the same way that they do when interacting with others; accepting of diversity, cooperation, synchronized actions and forming social networks that benefit the whole family of organisms.
