Losing our grounded connection

A delightful fit 80 year old lady came to see me with a 10 years history of feeling unbalanced and spaced out. She felt  swimmy when she lay down and in the mornings found it difficult to get up. She had lost her organising ability and the structure to her daily routine. She did not feel like herself.

Jane’s diagnoses had been variable; swimmers ear, labyrinthitis, Meniere’s syndrome and BBPV, a form of vertigo. For the last 5 years she had also had tinnitus in the right ear and almost complete deafness.

Jane lay down and I began to realign and balance the energy in her body. I asked Jane to breathe into the areas I touched. We used the process of Concentra and flower essences of rose and cornflower on the wrists and sternal area to facilitate release of held emotions and so opening to new energies for her health desires. Jane took the flower essences home to rub on her body three times a day.

After a week Jane returned delighted. She was now able to lie down and get up in the morning without feeling unbalanced and spaced out. She found the efficiency and structure to her life that she was previously used to.

We are now addressing the tinnitus and deafness. Watch for the next post for the new instalment !
