Sometimes, we all need a little help from others to recognize what might move us forward with our goals and prayers. You may feel called to ask me to choose a flower essence blend for you. This could be as simple as two remedies from the collection, or up to five.

Once you have decided

Please just send me your name and any details about yourself that you think could be helpful, including what you’d like the flower essences to support you with. I read everything a few times, so it can as short or as long as you want.  A photo of yourself can be useful, but it’s not necessary to find your perfect blend. When I connect to Source, I use my hands and body to choose the essences and the right dosage for you.

Your personal essence may include a mix of flowers, trees, environmental essences, and always with the spirit of aloha.

You’ll receive a 30ml dosage bottle with personalised instructions. These will detail the ingredients in your essence and how they relate to your unique situation. You’ll also receive information on how to work with the magic of these subtle energies in the spirit of sacred reciprocity.
